What can I expect with my first order?
After placing your order on our website, select a pickup date and add any instructions or preferences. Prepare by placing your laundry in a bag. If you don’t have a laundry bag, please use a trash bag and we’ll include a free branded laundry bag for your next order. As our professional driver gets close to your home or business you’ll receive a text message so you can drop the laundry on your doorstep or be prepared to hand it off to the driver at your door. Our drivers wear branded Tiny Bubbles vests so you know who is taking care of our valuable clothes.
Can’t be home? Just leave it under a covered area for us to pickup.
The next day you’ll receive a text message with the time window for drop off and a text message when the driver is arriving with your perfectly processed laundry.
What is the pricing?
Our boutique Wash & Fold service costs $1.99/lb and includes everything needed for your laundry to come back fresh and clean. No hidden fees or upcharges! Enjoy 5% off for reoccurring orders (weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks).

How much does it cost for one basket of laundry?
In general, a standard basket shown below holds ~20 lbs of laundry. Weight will vary by the types of clothes with denim jeans being heavier than sweatpants or leggings.
How is my laundry processed?
Our highly trained staff of team members pickup, wash, dry, and fold your laundry to your preferences and return it organized and neatly folded in our specialized flat-bottom bags. Want your favorite detergent? We’ve got you covered. Have shirts you wanted on hangers? We do that too. Want spot treatment? We can’t guarantee miracles, but we often work them.

When will I be billed?
Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your laundry has been processed. At that time, you will receive an invoice by text for the billed amount.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there are no contracts and you can cancel a specific pick-up or a service plan at any time.
How long do you keep my laundry?
Your laundry will always be returned clean and fresh the next day. For any orders over 75 lbs, we reserve the option to extend delivery to two days. For all other orders, we will continue to uphold our next-day delivery promise.
How is my laundry weighed?
Your laundry is weighed when dry, before washing, on our calibrated scales. All bulk items eligible for per-piece charges are removed before weighing.
Will my clothes be mixed with other customers?
No, all orders are processed separately and owned by one highly-trained processor from start to finish.
Is your operation eco-friendly?
From eco-friendly detergents to high-end commercial washers and dryers, our operation is designed to process your laundry in a sustainable way. Our washing machines are 10-40% more water efficient than home washing machines!
How does the reoccurring discount work?
Select the plan that works for you. For this service, a 5% discount is included. You can choose “weekly”, “biweekly” or “monthly”. If you prefer more flexibility, you can choose “Not Now” and only use the service as needed.
What if my credit card is declined?
If your credit card is declined, you will receive a notification text when it is charged. At that time, log into your account and update your billing information accordingly.
What do I do if I have a question about my order?
